The Rizal Board of REALTORS^®

Since its founding on 28 June 1960, the Rizal Board of REALTORS^®, Inc. has served as the constituent member board of the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards, Inc. (PAREB) for the province of Rizal and its adjoining communities. PAREB in turn is the Philippine international affiliate of the National Association of Realtors – U.S.A. (NAR REALTOR^®-U.S.A.)

Together with serving as the professional home of REALTORS^® within its jurisdiction, the Rizal Board of Realtors has come to be especially identified within PAREB and the Philippine real estate industry in general as the leading realty board when it comes to:

Through its bi-annual Realty Service Practitioner’s Handbook, the Eighth edition of which will be issued in 2007, the Rizal Board of REALTORS^® aims to be the primary private sector facilitator for realty industry contact and basic information.

Hi-Tech for Hi-Touch

Through its presence on the Internet which you are viewing now and other educational and professional initiatives, the Rizal Board of Realtors hopes to serve as the key industry forum for leveraging value in realty brokerage transactions (“Hi-Touch”) through the creative application of information technology (“Hi-Tech”). In this regard, the Board is fortunate in having and continually attracting a large number of members who are also appraisers, information technology specialists, and members of other allied professions.
