A total of 20 member boards (out of 56 boards) sent their MPLR candidates and their combined contributions generated ticket sales of PHP 3.8 M. QCRB topped it at Php 706 k, followed by Batangas at Php 624 K and Manila Board at Php 610 k. This fund raising project already gave MPLR crowns to five of RBR candidates in the past years. If this is also a beauty contest, we should have gotten another crown as we have entered an equally glamorous lady, Thessa Salas, for this year.

Guess what makes a lady popular… the looks, intelligence, wealth or an achievement? Rizal Board of REALTORS’ bet for the Miss PAREB for YR2011 got these all. She’s tall and slim, was a constant scholar and dean’s lister while taking up Tourism at the University of the Philippines, achieved at a young age while still new in the real estate practice an option sale of Php50M at Suntrust in 2009. Expect that she’ll have more this year.

Rosalie “Lee” Ramirez from Rizal Board of REALTORS® (RBR) is proclaimed 2009 Most Popular Lady REALTOR® (MPLR) during the recently held National Annual Convention last October 9-11 in Subic. Her victory is a welcome boost for RBR whose then candidate came within an inch of winning the 2008 MPLR title last year.

I first got acquainted with Rosalie "Lee" Carbonell-Ramirez when she was formally introduced as our MPLR candidate last February during the 1st GMM. Her candidacy was met with favorable reception as indeed she has all the makings of the Most Popular Lady REALTOR®.
Lee possesses a figure that defies the rigors of motherhood brought upon by her now fast growing 4-year old son & 16-year-old daughter. She exudes composure and calm emanating .trom a blissful marriage to Atty. Lucielo Ramirez, Jr. Behind her gentle demeanor though is a goaloriented and result-driven REALTOR®Developer who holds an MBA degreefrom De La Salle University. Lee obtained her license at the age of 21, making her the youngest REALTOR® at the time.
It is also very admirable that Lee and her mother get on so well almost effortlessly. Her mother would always tag along on several MPLR strategizing meetings in the past. With a supportive mother at her side, the MPLR quest is ,made easier for Lee.

If there is such thing as an RBR baby, she’s it. Her mother, Rosa Carbonell, was a pioneer of the Rizal Board. Keeping her mother company practically taught her to love the business.

PAREB-RBR Candidate Most Popular Lady REALTOR® (MPLR) for 2007 Irma Veronica E. Tia was officially introduced, together with the other MPLR candidates of other Local Boards, at the Imperial Palace Suites last July 21, 2007 during the PAREB Joint NCR-Luzon Regional Conference. Our official candidate was chosen as the Best Dressed REALTOR® at the said affair.
