As per REALTY SERVICE COUNCIL OF THE PHILIPPINES (RESCOP) Council Resolution No. 07-002, it is hereby adopting the return of licensing and renewal of Real Estate Brokers' License to DTI, except the ones under PD 957, and that DAO 11, series of 2003 allowing the licensing of Real Estate Brokers' License to be every three (3) years, will be implemented this start of January 2008.
